Petit Gourmet Virtual event

Known Impact November 18, 2022

Who we helped

A collaborative international virtual exchange took place between Petit Gourmet in Uruguay founded by Ashoka fellow Diego Ruete, young people in the UK led and supported by journalist Andrew Cleminson, and Good Food Matters. They shared food, languages, and cultural experiences as the start of a growing collaboration and future events.

What we did

Known Impact identified partners with mutual themes in their values, missions, and objectives which in this case were – providing opportunities for young people, activities focused nutritious food, and benefits of such activities to health and society. Known Impact facilitated introductory conversations and shared collaborative project ideas for them to get started.

Impact

Multiple workshops have taken place which has positively benefited all stakeholders involved. bMoneyWize has gained new audiences and business, the football charity Trust was able to enhance their programme and contribute to key performance indicators they needed, and the young people developed new skills that will greatly benefit them in their futures.
