Use your imagination to explore what’s possible. Visualise and create ideas and concepts. This can help you to find creative solutions, inspire ideas, and simply have fun.

Set positive examples. Everyone is a leader in their own right. Be respectful, kind, self-aware, and seek feedback. All of these are key for us to continously learn whilst also taking initiative and accountability – leading by example is also great for collaboration.
